Warranty Duration for Medical Mattresses
The warranty covers a period of 10 years from the purchase date as shown on the original purchase invoice.


What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including, for example:
  1. Abnormal sagging of the mattress (within industry-permitted limits).
  2. Defects in raw materials or internal components.
  3. Stitching or assembly issues resulting from manufacturing faults.
  4. Any defect affecting the mattress's performance or primary function.


What Does the Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover the following:
  1. Misuse or use not intended for the product.
  2. Damage from water, liquids, high humidity, or mold.
  3. Fire, accidents, or external factors.
  4. Damage from improper storage.
  5. Tears, cuts, or stains.
  6. Natural changes in comfort feel over time.
  7. Use of the product without a suitable or recommended base.


Conditions for Warranty Claim (10 Years)

To benefit from the warranty, the following must be met:

Verification, Replacement, or Repair Process

  1. The product undergoes technical inspection by the authorized party.
  2. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed: The product will be repaired, replaced with a similar one, or an appropriate alternative solution provided.
  3. The warranty does not cover any additional costs not pre-agreed.
